I was lying around over the weekend reading real estate news and went “wait, why is that place so expensive?” — and then built this app.

Actual transaction prices come from government open data. I pull surrounding infrastructure data through the Kakao API and hand it off for analysis.

Sure, hooking up Naver Real Estate (asking prices) would make it more accurate and more certain, but…
